How it works.
The WOTC.com integration with BambooHR is integrated within the Onboarding Stage. Once an employee completes their Onboarding Stage, they will automatically sync to your WOTC.com Portal. They will receive documentation, via email or text, to complete the WOTC 8850 Form.
