HireRight’s mobile-optimized candidate Applicant Center is available in 25 languages and gives your candidates greater control and visibility into the status of their background checks. Candidates can create their own profile with HireRight, access their screening information in real-time, view important messages regarding their background verifications and/or drug screen requests, and upload required documents with a quick snapshot through their phone.

Integration

How It Works.

The pre-developed, standardized integration between BambooHR and HireRight enables recruiters and hiring managers to initiate employment background and drug testing checks on candidates directly within BambooHR. Pre-mapped data fields reduce candidate duplicate entry, and real-time status updates at both the order level and product level populate in BambooHR to provide recruiters the visibility they need to efficiently move candidates through the hiring process.

How To Install

The integration between BambooHR and HireRight can be configured in just a few minutes and requires no development or technical resources. Installation is a 2-step process:

Step 1 – Add HireRight Background Check Candidate Statuses in BambooHR

Step 2 – Within HireRight’s Screening Manager portal input your BambooHR Subdomain to activate the integration.
