How it Works

This integration provides users with a seamless, integrated database with minimal setup and automatic operation. With this integration, updates made from within BambooHR sync automatically with Performance Pro every 15 minutes.

What Data Syncs?

First Name from bamboo Hr to partner First Name
Middle Name from bamboo Hr to partner Middle Name
Last Name from bamboo Hr to partner Last Name
Hire Date from bamboo Hr to partner Hire Date
Termination Date from bamboo Hr to partner Termination Date
Reports To from bamboo Hr to partner  Appraiser  This will not be designated or assigned within PerformancePro if that individual is not listed in the "Reports To" field within the Job Information table in BambooHR
Job Title from bamboo Hr to partner Position  New Job Titles added within BambooHR will create a new blank Position within PerformancePro if that option does not already exist within PerformancePro. Be sure to add Job Titles to PerformancePro before assigning them to an employee within BambooHR, so when the update occurs, PerformancePro will recognize the option is coming from BambooHR
Employee # from bamboo Hr to partner Username  If the Employee #/EmployeeID (Username) is changed in either BambooHR or PerformancePro, the corresponding field will need to be updated manually within the opposing system
Work Email from bamboo Hr to partner E-Mail Address
Department from bamboo Hr to partner Department
Location from bamboo Hr to partner Location
Division from bamboo Hr to partner Division
Employment Status  from bamboo Hr to partner  Status
Pay Type from bamboo Hr to partner Pay Basis
Pay Rate from bamboo Hr to partner  Salary
