How it WorksStart using BambooHR with Maxwell Health to easily manage your employee data and benefits together. This integration will keep BambooHR as your system of record for all employee data including demographic and payroll information, and Maxwell Health as your system of record for all the benefits offered to them.
Once you set up the proper configuration through the steps below, Maxwell Health will sync every hour with BambooHR to reflect any changes or updates to the data. For example, if an employee’s compensation or location is changed in BambooHR, when the sync runs automatically, it will update that information in Maxwell Health.
From there, you can manage all the benefits offered to that employee by making any benefits changes within Maxwell Health. This can also be used to easily load all your employee data into Maxwell Health for the first time. The integration will be set up on the Maxwell platform.
