How it Works

Guideline is built to seamlessly integrate with Bamboo Payroll. Once you start a 401(k) plan with Guideline, Guideline will sync all necessary roster and payroll data. The initial employee roster sync will be in near real-time. Further instructions are provided during the Guideline plan onboarding flow. Furthermore, through the sync, Guideline will send all necessary notices to any new or dismissed employees indicated in your Bamboo Payroll roster. The process is hands-free and completely automated as long as Guideline is granted third party access to your online payroll system.
